LeziFx is committed to providing a safe and responsible trading environment. We offer tools to help you manage your activity, and we take problem trading seriously. If you feel trading is negatively affecting your life, we will support you in taking a break or closing your account.
Important reminder

- Past wins do not guarantee future results.
Know the Risks
Prediction trading carries financial risk. Even skilled traders experience losing streaks. The house edge means that over a very large number of trades, outcomes will favour the platform. You should treat any money deposited as entertainment expenditure — money you are comfortable spending.
No strategy, system, or "signal" can guarantee consistent profits. Be sceptical of anyone claiming otherwise.
Signs of Problem Trading
Problem trading can develop gradually. These are common warning signs:
Chasing losses
Depositing more money after a losing session in an attempt to win back what you lost.
Trading beyond your means
Using money intended for rent, food, bills, or other essentials to fund your trading account.
Hiding your activity
Concealing how much time or money you spend on LeziFx from family or friends.
Loss of control
Feeling unable to stop trading even when you want to, or when it is causing problems in your life.
Borrowing to trade
Taking loans, using credit, or borrowing from family or friends specifically to fund trading.
Neglecting responsibilities
Letting work, school, relationships, or daily responsibilities suffer because of trading activity.

Tools We Provide
Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once set, the limit cannot be increased for 48 hours to give you time to reflect.
Account cool-off
Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is locked and you cannot log in or deposit. Email [email protected] to request one.
Self-exclusion
Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from LeziFx. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your M-Pesa number. Email [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request." We will process it within 24 hours and you will not be able to reopen the account.
Protecting Minors
LeziFx is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If you share a device with minors, we recommend using parental control software to restrict access to online trading and gaming platforms.
If you believe a minor is using a LeziFx account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take this seriously and will act immediately.

Our Standards
LeziFx does not target people who have self-excluded or indicated they have a problem. We do not offer bonuses designed to encourage excessive depositing. Our marketing does not make unrealistic promises about winnings or portray trading as a reliable source of income.
